Vegan Onion Gravy is easy to make from scratch with only 6 ingredients in 30 minutes. Perfect for Thanksgiving and holiday dinners.

You'll need vegetable broth, cornstarch, tamari, olive oil, onions, dried thyme, and salt and pepper.

First whisk together the broth, cornstarch, and tamari.

Then saute the diced onions in olive oil over low heat.

When the onions are very soft, stir in the thyme.

Add the broth mixture to the onions. Stir often until the gravy has thickened. 

Enjoy with mashed potatoes and all your comfort food favorites.
