Tender on the inside and crispy on the outside, seasoned roasted sweet potatoes are easy to make in the oven on a sheet pan. Simply cube, season, and bake! This delicious vegan side dish pairs well with just about everything.
If you usually bake sweet potatoes whole or turn them into mashed sweet potatoes, you'll love how much quicker it is to roast them peeled and cut into small pieces. I like them seasoned with garlic powder and paprika, but the possibilities are endless with this simple cooking method.

Worked really well as a side dish! I did them in the air fryer, with a sprinkling of chat masala. Thanks, Amy.

That sounds great, Meg! Thanks for the delicious idea.
Janice Vranicar says
I wasn’t sure how to rate this. They were delicious, but they were not crispy at all! Crispy is the first word. Makes me very sad.
Amy Katz says
I'm sorry to hear that, Janice. It sounds like you either didn't leave them in the oven long enough, or they were too crowded on the baking sheet.
