Creamy chocolate vegan fudge is a no-bake treat that's easy to make with only two ingredients: vegan chocolate chips and sweetened condensed coconut milk. No double boiler or special equipment required.
Just melt the ingredients in a pot, pour into a pan, and chill until set. It tastes just like classic fudge, only simpler.
It's no secret I don't enjoy baking. So when I want sweets, I reach for low-effort favorites like pumpkin chocolate chip balls, coconut matcha balls, and this fudge. They're perfect for vegan Christmas treats, homemade gifts, or just because.

Ingredients

- Vegan chocolate chips: Choose chips that are dairy free. Popular options include Enjoy Life, Trader Joe's, Kroger Simple Truth Organic Semi-Sweet Vegan Chocolate Chips, 365 by Whole Foods Organic Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, and Nestlé Toll House Allergen-Free Semi-Sweet Morsels.
- Sweetened condensed coconut milk: A dairy-free alternative made with coconut milk and sugar. I like Nature's Charm. Their sweetened condensed oat milk also works.
Please see the recipe card at the bottom of this post for the complete ingredients, measurements, and instructions.

So easy, so delicious. For the holidays I add candy canes at the end. However, this recipe does not need anything special...it is delicious as is!
