plain dairy-free yogurt
(unsweetened)

Instructions
Place the ingredients in a small bowl and stir well to combine.
6 ounces plain dairy-free yogurt,
1 clove garlic,
1 Tablespoon fresh mint,
1 Tablespoon fresh parsley,
salt and pepper
Taste and adjust for the seasonings, as needed. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for later.
Notes
Leftover sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Give it a quick stir before using.
