Garlic Yogurt Sauce with Herbs (Vegan)

Garlic Yogurt Sauce combines vegan yogurt with fresh garlic, mint, and parsley. This easy yogurt dip is delicious on salads, vegetables, and toast.

  • 6 ounces plain dairy-free yogurt

  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh mint chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Place the ingredients in a small bowl and stir well to combine.

  • Taste and adjust for the seasonings, as needed.Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for later.


Leftover sauce can be covered and refrigerated for a few days. Give it a quick stir before using.
