Fresh Cherry Tomato Salsa (No Cook Recipe)
Fresh cherry tomato salsa is easy to make with red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime. No roasting or blending required, just a knife and cutting board!

Ingredients
- 1 dry pint cherry or grape tomatoes diced (about 2 cups)
- 1 jalapeño pepper diced (remove the seeds and ribs, if desired)
- ¼ cup red onion diced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
