Arrange the shishito peppers in the air fryer basket or tray in a single layer.
1 dry pint shishito peppers
Lightly spritz the peppers with cooking spray. Shake the basket or toss the peppers to evenly coat.

Air fry at 390°F for 5 to 6 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the peppers are blistered and lightly charred in spots.
Transfer the peppers to a serving dish and generously sprinkle with salt. Enjoy immediately.

Shishito peppers are best enjoyed right away while they're still warm.Hold each pepper by the stem and eat the pepper, including the seeds.
