1cupnon-dairy milk(I used unsweetened coconut milk beverage)
1frozen banana
1cupbaby spinach
1cuppineapple chunks(fresh or frozen)
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender, such as a Vitamix*. Enjoy immediately.

*If your blender isn't very powerful, make sure you let it run long enough so that you aren't left with any chunks of spinach. Your smoothie should be completely smooth.
