Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk (I used unsweetened coconut milk beverage)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender, such as a Vitamix. Enjoy!
