Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk (I used organic soy)
  • 1 handful kale ribs removed, about 2 large leaves (or substitute fresh spinach)
  • 3 Medjool dates pits removed
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter (or other nut butter)
  • 2 frozen bananas

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender, such as a Vitamix, and blend on high until combined.
  • Pour in a glass and enjoy!

Notes

If you or your kids are allergic to peanuts, you can make a Peanut Butter Green Smoothie with another nut butter, like almond or cashew.
