Greek Yogurt Sauce (Vegan)

Greek Yogurt Sauce is easy to make with only a few ingredients. This flavorful vegan sauce is delicious on salads, kebabs, and pilafs.

  • 6 ounces plain dairy-free yogurt (unsweetened)
  • zest of one lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh mint chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Place the ingredients in a small bowl and stir well to combine. Taste and adjust for the seasonings, as needed.
  • Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for later.


Leftover sauce can be refrigerated for a few days.
