Pomegranate Guacamole

Pomegranate Guacamole is a festive twist on an old classic. Pomegranate seeds give this avocado dip a pop of color and burst of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe avocados seeded and peeled
  • 1 small white onion diced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 dashes hot sauce (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  • Remove the flesh from the avocados and place in a medium bowl. 
  • Add the onion, garlic, lime juice, hot sauce, cumin, and salt. Use a potato masher or fork to combine the ingredients. 
  • Top the guacamole with the pomegranate seeds and serve. Enjoy!
