Mango Habanero Hearts of Palm Ceviche
Try this easy Mango Habanero Hearts of Palm Ceviche this summer with sweet and spicy LA VICTORIA® Brand Mango Habanero Salsa.

- fresh cilantro

Rinse and drain the hearts of palm and slice in circles. Place them in a glass bowl with the diced red onion and lime juice. Toss well to combine. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.

Serve in a bowl, or divide among fancy glasses. Garnish with the lime wedges, cilantro, and sliced avocado, and serve with tortilla chips.
