Slice Brussels sprouts or your favorite green vegetable.

Toss the chickpeas and put the Brussels sprouts next to them on the baking sheet.

Once everything is done roasting, serve the chickpeas, potatoes, and veggies with lemon wedges and a drizzle of creamy dressing.
