Easy to make in 30 minutes, this rich and hearty Vegan Bolognese Pasta is made with walnuts instead of mushrooms, lentils, or "fake" meat.

To make this Vegan Bolognese, you'll need raw walnuts, canned crushed tomatoes, onion, garlic, carrot, celery, some spices, and your favorite pasta.

First make the walnut crumbles by adding walnuts, tamari, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika to the bowl of a food processor.

Process until crumbles resembling ground meat are formed.

Next start the vegan bolognese sauce by sauteing onions in olive oil in a large skillet or pot.

Then add carrots, celery, and garlic and continue to saute.

Now add the walnut crumbles, crushed tomatoes, and Italian seasoning.

Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is thick and heated through.

Toss the sauce with cooked pasta.

Then finish with some fresh parsley or basil and it's ready to enjoy!

This Vegan Bolognese is a dish the whole family will love, and it's simple enough to make any night of the week!
