Vegan Black Bean Chili is an easy one-pot meal you can make in 30 minutes with pantry ingredients, dried spices and a few veggies.

You'll need canned black beans, tomato sauce, diced green chiles, onion, garlic, red and green bell peppers, and herbs and spices.

First saute the onion in a large pot on the stove until soft.

Add the garlic and bell peppers and saute a few more minutes.

Next add the beans with some of their liquid, tomato sauce, chiles, cumin, chili powder, and oregano. Stir and bring to a simmer.

Add a squeeze of lime and salt to taste, then ladle into bowls.

Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
