Tofu Meatballs are easy to make in the oven or air fryer with whole-food plant-based ingredients.

You may already have all the ingredients you need in your kitchen.

First make a "flax egg" by whisking water and ground flax seeds.

Next make a coarse flour by grinding rolled oats in a food processor.

Then crumble the tofu in a mixing bowl.

Add the flax egg, oat flour, and seasonings and mix with your hands.

Form the mixture into balls and brush them with olive oil.

Bake or air fry until golden brown and slightly crispy.

Enjoy as is or with your favorite dipping sauce or with spaghetti and tomato sauce.
