Vegan Tofu Feta is a delicious dairy-free alternative to traditional feta cheese.

You only need 4 ingredients: Extra-firm tofu, salt, dried oregano, and coconut vinegar.

Coconut vinegar is made from the sap of coconut blossoms. It doesn't actually taste like coconut. It's the magic ingredient for making tofu taste similar to feta cheese!

To make Tofu Feta, first cut the pressed tofu into small cubes.

Then add the dried oregano, salt, and coconut vinegar.

Allow the tofu to marinate for at least 2 hours or ideally overnight for maximum flavor.
