Silken Tofu Scramble is easy to make in 15 minutes with shelf-stable tofu and seasonings.

You'll need a box of silken tofu, olive oil, kala namak, onion powder, garlic powder, turmeric, nutritional yeast, and black pepper.

Add the tofu to a skillet and break it up into large chunks with a spatula.

Add the seasonings.

Allow the tofu to cook down, stirring occasionally.

Pull back a section of the tofu to make sure any excess liquid has cooked out.
