Crispy Roasted Sweet Potatoes are tender on the inside and firm on the outside. Simply cube, season, and bake!

All you need are some sweet potatoes, a little olive oil, and your favorite seasonings. I like to use garlic powder, paprika, and salt and pepper.

First peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into cubes.

Then use your hands to toss them with a little olive oil and seasonings.

Spread them out in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.

Roast, flipping every 10 minutes, until tender when pierced with a fork and crispy on the outside.
