Combine Brussels sprouts and your favorite seasonal vegetables to make this easy side dish seasoned with lemony sumac.

You'll need: * Brussels sprouts * Olive oil * Ground sumac * Salt & pepper * Other vegetables such as red onion, carrots, cauliflower, and/or broccoli (optional)

Step 1: Toss the vegetables with olive oil, sumac, and salt and pepper.

Step 2: Spread the veggies out on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Step 3: Roast until lightly browned and tender when pierced with a fork.
