You won't miss the mayo in this lightened up coleslaw featuring Savoy cabbage and a lemony dressing.

Savoy cabbage is sweeter and milder than regular green cabbage. The leaves are thin and wrinkly.

For the dressing you'll need lemon juice, garlic, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, olive oil, sugar, and salt and pepper.

Shred the cabbage with a sharp knife and place in a large bowl.

Mix the dressing ingredients together.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.

Enjoy right away or let rest at room temperature for a few minutes to soften.
