Sweet and creamy banana is the base of this delicious 4-ingredient Banana Matcha Smoothie featuring green tea powder for a pick-me-up.

You'll need a ripe banana, a Medjool date, matcha green tea powder, and unsweetened non-dairy milk.

Be sure to start with a ripe banana with spots on the peel, and peel and freeze it in advance.

Then when you're ready to make your Banana Matcha Smoothie, simply add the ingredients to the container of a high-speed blender.
