Strawberry Salsa is delicious with chips, on tacos, or even eaten with a spoon! It comes together in minutes with only a few ingredients. This flavorful Strawberry Salsa is vegan, gluten-free, and oil-free.
The other day I was shopping for ingredients to make salsa, but my local market didn’t have any organic cilantro.
I thought about leaving it out, but sometimes recipes need a little boost to take them to the next level.
Then I remembered Dorot.
Their fresh frozen garlic and herbs Elevate Your Plate!
I love strawberries.
Besides eating them on their own or in cereal, they are very versatile for adding to seasonal recipes.
But first let’s talk more about Dorot.
You might not know this, but they have been my secret for quick and flavorful meals for years.
For example, I love keeping the fresh frozen garlic and ginger in my freezer to make a quick Veggie Stir Fry.
And you can’t go wrong when you throw a few cubes of basil in pasta sauce.
Dorot also sells parsley, dill, glazed onions, and chilies.
And cilantro! Which we’ll be using in this Strawberry Salsa.
And speaking of cilantro, did you know it helps aid digestion and alleviate muscle aches and headaches?
With Dorot, I always have herbs and garlic on hand, without having to spend time washing and chopping anything.
I find a great selection of Dorot products at my local Whole Foods.
You’ll find them in the vegetable aisle in their signature red trays.
The herbs are flash frozen within 90 minutes of harvest.
And while you’re there, you can learn more about how to use them and get lots of flavorful recipes.
And speaking of recipes, let’s make Strawberry Salsa!
I love this salsa as a topping on veggie tacos, fresh spring salads, or simply scooped up with tortilla chips. You can make it ahead of time, and it will last a few days refrigerated.
How will you enjoy this Strawberry Salsa?
I love eating it on a Quinoa Burrito Bowl.
Or with Jackfruit & Black Bean Tacos.
It’s also delicious as a dressing for a simple green salad.
Now let’s make Strawberry Salsa!
