How would you like to join me for a two-week cleanse? No, I don’t mean the kind of cleanse where you drink nothing but juice and water. I’m talking about the kind of cleanse where you can eat delicious food (like these TACOS!) until you are satisfied. Have I peaked your interest?
I first learned about Allison Jacobson’s Heal Your Magic Cleanse in early 2015. I had met Allison in person and knew she was healthy and fit, but she also radiated a positive energy that was hard to ignore. When I found out she would be leading her cleanse in early June, I knew I had to sign up and learn all about her magic!

What did I get out of the cleanse? First of all, I learned to be more organized about buying food for the week and prepping everything so that I could make meals and pack lunches in no time. This carried over into all aspects of my daily life, and I found I could do my job more efficiently, and I felt happier doing it. I also started feeling more creative, and I decided to start this blog. Basically, I felt better about practically everything in my life. And who wouldn’t want that?
