This smoothie is fantastic after a long run or tough workout. It’s very hydrating and helps with recovery.
Mango Mint Green Smoothie
- 1 1/2 cups coconut water
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- Handful of chopped kale
- 2 mint leaves, plus more for garnish (optional)
- Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
- Pour in a class, garnish with mint, and enjoy!
