Thank you to LA VICTORIA Brand for sponsoring this post and inspiring me to try Mango Habanero Salsa!
Mango Habanero Hearts of Palm Ceviche is easy to make with only a handful of ingredients. It’s vegan, healthy, and delicious!
Summer is the perfect time to make simple recipes that are full of flavor yet require no cooking. Who wants to turn on the oven when it’s hot outside? All I want is an icy cold drink and a salad (or chips and guacamole).
I also crave more spicy foods in the summer and love trying new flavor combinations, especially those that are spicy and sweet, like chili pepper and tropical fruit.
Ceviche is wonderful in warm months and only requires a little chopping.
But we won’t have to chop any mangoes, tomatoes, or chili peppers for this recipe since LA VICTORIA® Brand has done the work for us!
Plus the lime juice will work its magic while the hearts of palm and red onions marinate in the refrigerator, so you can relax and enjoy a cold beverage, spend time with your family, or take a nap for an hour.
If you’re not familiar with hearts of palm, you can also try them in Summer Hearts of Palm Salad.
LA VICTORIA® Brand Mango Habanero Salsa makes this Mango Habanero Hearts of Palm Ceviche a breeze to prepare.
It’s great as an appetizer or a light meal served with tortilla chips or on a bed of fresh greens. You can double the recipe and serve a crowd.
Or try spooning the ceviche into fancy glasses like I did for a romantic summer night.
