What’s so easy about this breakfast is you only need three basic ingredients to make it: frozen berries, a banana, and unsweetened plant-based milk.
It doesn’t get much easier than that!
Then add your favorite toppings, and you’ll be starting your day on a healthy note.
I particularly enjoy it after a long run to refuel.

This breakfast is so easy to make with only three ingredients plus your favorite toppings!
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen berries (any variety)
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk (I use organic unsweetened soy milk)
- fresh berries or other fruit, Foodie Fuel Snacks, etc. (optional, for topping)
